Rckc's Journal, 21 February 2021

I was hoping for a drop but never expected this much. I slept late yesterday and had to rush around and out the door so never got breakfast or lunch. Got home and ate the calico beans I had put in crock pot earlier. I tried to post a pic of them all lined up in portions for the next few days (I cooked!) but FS is stuck in 'loading' mode...

I am still planning on going to workout tomorrow (finally). My DIL has signed up for beachbody on demand so I may eventually take a look at those. My old gym posted some yoga stretches that I think I'd like to do. My flexibility sucks and they look like they'd feel really good.

Anyhoo, I will enjoy being in the 'normal' weight range today, even though it's BMI which I think is an awful way to gauge fitness, it's what my Dr looks at. It's been a long time coming and I'll probably go up (hopefully just a little) tomorrow after eating today.

Everyone enjoy the rest of the weekend and keep moving forward 🥰

Debbie-he's lost 6 lbs, which is where it has him projected at. He had lost 7 and gained 1 back when he took vacation time. He's usually go go go when home but the weather has been so awful the last couple weeks we've been pretty sedentary. Warm up is on the way so that will help!

There are many exercise programs on early morning TV that are excellent and are geared to people of different abilities. Record them and watch/do at your convenience

YouTube has tons of free workouts too if you have a smart TV or can cast to it. Watch Beachbody as it is an MLM and may try to suck you in. Got a friend of mine, but she figured it out, thankfully.

HCB- I've been off and on, last year really took a toll on my weight though, so here I am again. Just brings home the fact that I need a bit of accountability to stay on track. I've been following your journey. You have so much going on! Interested in your meals you're eating, they sound delicious 😋

The videos are probably fine. Just don’t let her get sucked into the lifestyle without research. Due diligence.
