Canned fruits
Your best bet Larry is to eat fresh fruit. Apples are great. Lots of nutritional value as well as fiber. Raspberries, blackberries, blueberries are your friend. All high fiber. You can buy a mixture in the frozen fruit section.

Unfortunate aspect of Fat Secret's "My Cook Book" section
The cookbook is basically useless. Ridiculous measurements. Many of the food entries are not accurate either. Take it for what it is, very imperfect and not user friendly.

The key is to start and you have done that. When you can go a little longer, a little farther as you feel like you are able. Safety first and foremost.

How to start losing weight naturally?
I’m not sure what. You mean by naturally, but losing weigh requires you to assess how much you eat, what kind of foods you eat an increase your physical activity. Good luck to you. Many here have been very successful and you can too.
