NOVEMBER UPDATE

November was a bit of a struggle between me and my scale. I was up over 114 once and only once down to 110. Probably averaged around 112. I am not eating too badly. A bit too snacky at times... Activities probably down...

Any good tips for how to not get distracted during at home exercise....
111.2 lb Lost so far: 74.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Tips for not getting distracted while excerising I turn everything off you know tv etc the quiet helps me focus I already no the excerises I want to do so there is no need for noise be blessed

Yeah Jenny...I think that is one my issues...I am trying to exercise and watch the news or listen to podcasts or something.

I try not to have any noise except music. No tv etc. Also, if you have a planned out workout it helps. 💜👍

Try Chloe Ting’s videos. They are ACTUALLY very very helpful. I do two videos a day, than a day with cardio for 1,5 hours, than again a day with Chloe Ting. She’s a total sweetheart, great for ppl who aren’t very strong physically and nothing is more motivating than starting to see ab definition and your body getting more... Lean? She has different programs, check her site out!!! And I personally got a looot of motivation seeing other trying her programs and seeing their INCREDIBLE results. Definitely worth the work!!!

When I'm teaching the Zoom classes, nothing distracts me. When I'm working out by myself I actually like the tv on because it makes the time seem to go by faster.
