Happy Transformation Friday!

Or is it Flex Tuesday?

Whatever it is, un-flexed, here's where I'm at.

LEFT: Under-developed, saggy boobs in August.

RIGHT: Perky, pushup bra-like chest (with much more cleavage haha) from yesterday.

I'd never really noticed changes, but this one I do see! 2 months of big eating and consistent workouts brought lots of progress!
165.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You made some great progress!!! Looking good! Your comment about it falling to your waist someday made me think of Fred Flintstone. If you've ever seen the cartoons where he pushed all his weight up to his chest! I got that visual. LOL!

Wow, incredible progress, Chris! Those chichis have graduated to daddy pecs! 💪🏻BAM! 💥 So crazy how your upper bod went from lean to buff in just two months, but I am sure that took a lot of work (all that good food especially, you poor thing). I don’t know a single person who’s got his own body so well-trained. I’ll try to listen to your advice more closely now (maybe). Great job, dude! 🙌🏻
