Wait for it, wait for it! 164.5 BAM 💥😃 I made it to the Chicago area , and on my trip there was not much food to eat . I ultimately ended up fasting for a few days . It is hard to explain to my aunt I do not eat crap. I wanted to make a pork shoulder but she wanted to put a big packet of Campbell Soup STUFF that comes in a pouch in it. The world has been poisoned by processed food. She has high blood pressure and all these other problems . My blood pressure became normal after giving up processors and carbs . I cooked hamburgers for lunch and that was good . Since I work in the middle of the night I go to bed at 6 o'clock their time and that gets me out of eating dinner with them . so it still amazes me how simple my eating is yet people don't understand it . I asked her what the essential carbs were and she said if God made it we can eat it . Well God made tobacco , a bunch of other crap that we shouldn't eat. mehh. I'm not arguing with that 88-year-old My uncle is 89 and a diabetic and they're eating ice cream every day . I like my way of eating , it's easy 😃 I hope I continue to lose weight like this it would be really nice. I think it is mostly attributed to my thyroid medicine being changed. there are my friends, I will keep you updated. I have been very busy driving and working.

Glad you made it there in one piece and dog as well? Yeah I never have those conversations if I can help it. I worry about my part and let others deal with theirs. I do have a friend that has diabetes and I am sad that his love for carbs is overriding his health sometimes but I do not bring it up. So nice to hear that you are under 165. You have worked so hard. Your really deserve it.

Liv001 I don't have these conversations usually either, but I'm going to be here for at least two weeks so I don't want her to be "offended" , if you know what I mean 😂 I had a friend who is type one and she went keto but gave up even though she was using 75% less insulin she gave up . She just like food more than her health . She's going to die soon and that is sad but we can only spread the word a little someone wants to change they will. I showed her a picture of me before going keto and my face was so swollen I didn't even look like me and then she excepted what I am doing. I'll post that picture soon it's pretty amazing

I was challenged with same sort of thinking last week visiting my Mom in an old folks home. I see your loss (in lbs.)and hear your gain of confidence in your choices and lifestyle. Awesome!

Fantastic news that the meds are finally letting you see the progress you deserve! It is very sad that some people will poison themselves with food. I hate seeing what my dad eats. He’s type 2; pills and shots but eats junk food and a ton of carbs everyday 😥
