Ahh, the power of the whoosh😂😂😂😂 I did not post my weight the past few days because it was over 195 and not accurate, no whoosh no weigh. Have a healthy day 🙋
191.4 lb Lost so far: 38.6 lb.    Still to go: 6.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
