I've struggled with my weight all my life. Grew up in a household where food was used as a reward and cleaning your plate was required or else. My food addiction started there. Over the years, I think I ruined my metabolism with various starvation and yo yo diets, so I find it super hard to lose weight. I also struggle with exhaustion which makes it hard to get the motivation to exercise. My highest weight was around 215lbs. Have been hovering within 15 pounds of this number for about a year and around 180-195lbs for several years prior to that (since HS). Some of the weight came on really fast because of medications and anxiety and depression, which cause me to make the bad food choices and eat my emotions. I currently feel really unhealthy and bloated at over 205 lbs. I hurt all over, feel weighted down, drained and hate my body every moment of every day. It sucks!!! I want to do this once and for all this time and get down to at most 178 lbs ( my lowest weight in recent memory), so I can fit in my clothes again (everything in my closet is super tight right now and I refuse to go shopping for bigger clothes!!!). If I can break 178lbs and go lower I think I'll faint from happiness.

GOAL 4: 135 lbs - Realistic Goal
GOAL 5: 125 Lbs - Ultimate goal!

PLAN OF ACTION: Ketogenic diet and weights/cardio at least 3 x a week!
