Elevator going down !! Been back on Keto keeping my hunger in check. Just got back from a HR workshop in Salem. Traveling always does my body good! Feel soooooo much better 😎😎😎

188.4 lb Lost so far: 111.6 lb. Still to go: 8.4 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.
