Did let myself free of calorie counting for a few days - did not work. One pound plus just in 2 days. Not a big deal, but illustrates the trend.

Weight loss and maintenance are possible only on calorie restriction meal plan, no matter what diet you following.

Do you know that calorie restriction increases longevity, like 30% for mice? For long-lived species, like we are, the effect is not known yet.

Anyway, the side-effect of calorie restriction is a weight-loss, which I do not mind.
Today, playing with colors :-)...spring time!
131.4 lb Lost so far: 16.3 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
