I couldn't believe the scale. I had to weigh twice. Everyone here was right...keep with the plan and the weight loss will come.
268.2 lb Lost so far: 38.8 lb.    Still to go: 69.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

When cells lose fat they fill themselves up with water showing no weight change or even weight gain. U keep the plan going and cell says “ok I guess I’ll let go” whoosh effect. U change the plan and say screw this and cell “haha that’s what I thought 💭 yes feed me I’m big enough to handle it”
