430am..gooooooood mornin everyone..hit my first goal..enjoying the high off of doing something healthy for me...seeing progress and enjoying the fact that the weight is once more leaving my body..ate alot more carbs yesterday then i had planned..i was gonna do a 24 hour fast friday afternoon into saturday, but then i got to thinkin im already doing a 18:6..so how is the extra gonna really make a difference..it was soooo close on the scales this morning of not hittin my goal..i even put off weighing in alittle just to get the scales to shine for me..but its official..im dancin..the imaginary party and celebrating with all the trimmings are being gobbled up..and il be resetting my goal weight to the next 20..that just seems to work for me..since i have close to 100 more that i want to shed over the next several months..gotta have a plan before you join an then you just gotta journal in your food journal so you can tweak it here an there to make that plan come together..being able to see the numbers an know where i want them to be is helping me so much..well..tea is done...im thirsty ..so time to get that water back in my system once again and GET THIS PARTY STARTED...WHOOOOOOP WHOOOP
319.8 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 19.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

ty debra and panda..anyone hitting their first goal has to be on the weight loss high like i am this morning..i been on a high everyday the weight has come off..but this morning its like wow..
