Oh pizza, how you seduced me last night with your cheesy saucy goodness. I ate seven pieces of you. But what you meant for evil, I have turned into something good. Today, I ran 9.52 miles. This is the farthest I've ever run. Thank you bad, bad pizza for fueling this achievement.

OK buddies, what's the moral of this story?

that you could write a great romantic novel about pizza.

I don't know if it's a moral but for sure sometimes a really bad choice re-motivates me....eating a 1/2 loaf of sourdough bread at one sitting. Knew it was bad for me and still couldn't stop, totally made up for it though the next day (like you).

I miss pizza, but is it better keto if I just skim the toppings off & eat them? How would you chart these pizza-type toppings? (I can't run, but I can hide)

Terry, I like to use a low carb tortilla for the crust. I'm not sure if that is ok on your plan....

Just eat the toppings, without the crust Pizza is practically carb-free!

Nope, I don't care what people think of it, either. I had a lady at Cici's ask why I was wasting all the crust, and explained to her that I didn't eat bread. She didn't seem to understand, oh well. lol It didn't take my three year old daughter long to start picking the toppings off her pizza, too, which I thought was great, I'll teach her how to slide the cheese and toppings off all at the same time for one big bite when she's older.

When I was a kid I used to take all the toppings off and save them for last cuz I liked them the best. Of course, I ate the crust too, just ate it first by itself, lol

I read through these several times today and laughed a lot!! You guys are all soooo goofy. Got my feet up right now. Very sore, but on a positive note, I checked my blood pressure today and was pleasantly surprised that I am 125/86!! This is a HUGE improvement from 3 months ago when I was 150/100. Still a little ways to go to normal, but I'll take it!!!

You really taught me a lesson; unlike you, I usually spent 10 hours regretting instead of fixing the problem. From now on I will take action rather than spend tons of my time worrying over spilt milk.
