I feel a little chubby tonight because I’ve been eating and drinking to indulgence this weekend. I did find this gem of a photo from 4 years ago. Wow! Consistent exercise and eating makes a huge difference. Don’t plan on getting skinny overnight. Hard work

Thanks everybody. It took me 45 years to figure it out. Living every day in a different way. Not trying to do something short term to just undo it next month or next year. Don’t plan on doing something you can’t maintain. You’ll end up where you started.

Looking good!! Yup no crazy fad diets here. Just a lifestyle change with exceptions! Good food & wine is perfectly fine, even encouraged, so we don't feel deprived. You know how to do this! Keep up the great work!

Thanks again! Consistency is the key! You won’t have to be perfect everyday, but for those of us that have always been heavy, it’s critical to learn and change what you do day to day.

You look great! That's so true about weight loss taking time! But it doesn't need to be a 'miserable ' experience...as we've all seen the yummy stuff you cook!!

Thanks Crystal! It’s definitely not miserable to live a healthy life. It’s far more miserable to be unhealthy. The change and education is the challenging part.
