I say the same weight because the weight from 2011 is inflated due to an average of 4k calories. If I ate 4k for a couple days my weight would bounce to 215-218 easily.

Crystal and Oats, you know it. I wish that I had a pic from when I was 220 with barely any muscle. Believe it or not in this before picture, I'm still pretty heavily muscled and very strong.
