11lbs heavier then last gym selfie. Still got a few veins.
Stopped for post workout fro-yo. Pumpkin spice with bursting boba and some little gummy thingies. Probably around 350 cal-ish. Gonna go home and make some bison burgers with all the fixings.

a few veins? geez your shoulder looks like my right side and I had a blood clot that caused me to make a whole road map to compensate. I'd love to look to look like this.

Thank your all. Shir, I was lost in the frozen yogurt shop. It's not something I normally eat. I was thinking this was more calories then what it added up to be. Had I known any better I would of loaded up on toppings. My son put me to shame with the crushed graham cracker and cheeses cake squares. He obviously knew how to make fro-yo fit as a post workout. I'm apparently trying to be a swim suit model🤣
