Last night I wanted to eat everything in sight, today my throat feels closed up and I can't get a bite down. I'm on an emotional rollercoaster and I can't seem to get off. Searching for inner peace, but it is elusive today.

Shir, I just got over wanting to eat everything in sight. And I did! But I got right back with the program and the results are that I had a no loss no gain week. Let's not let our emotions control us If you take charge of your emotions and not let them be in charge the inner peace will come with it. When I am having one of those troublesome days, I will say to myself, "what's the worse thing that can happen?" "I gain a couple of pounds?" Just put things into perspective and they wont seem so bad. I want you to find peace soon.

I get those in waves... I have to tell myself it'll pass. Most of the time that works. Not 100% tho. I've had a few 1%'s.

Update: I am overwhelmed by all the love, prayers and support you have sent my way. Thank you so much, you raised my spirits and I am feeling much better today. Sometimes I forget to appreciate how blessed I have been my whole life. Love and Peace to you all.
