My three favorite exercises are: Pull ups (both with and without weights), hanging leg raises (with and without weights), and push ups. I do other weight training, but these are my favorites. What's yours?

I am similar... I like push ups, pull ups (I do them supported), leg raises, and deadlifts

liv001, I thought we were kindred spirits until I got the the deadlifts--ugh-lol. I do them weekly, but dead them all week long since I don't do them until Fridays. Glad to hear you are doing boy-weight exercises.

I much prefer sports and running around. I force myself to do chin ups, pull ups, neutral pull ups (assisted with an elastic band) and everything else that I do. I do it to not lose muscle because I have to!

I used to like the pull ups better before the shoulder injuries. I use an assisted band now too. I love plank work, but not necessarily push ups. I guess my favorite right now are lunges with dumbbells step forward, balance, step backward and return.

Dumbbell bench press, deadlifts, and dumbbell rows.

I like the benches, lat pull downs and cable rows, but curls are my favorite.

Chest press/ bench press, dead lifts/back rows, and weighted crunches. Oops, guess I can't count..lol

I like training to train the pectoral muscles. In October of this year, you will get a good looking pectoral muscle. ▽°|b✨

I love deadlifts, squats and dumbbell chest presses and if I can add a 4th it would be weighted bridges. My least favourite are pushups, which I still do on my knees or inclined.

Seems like most on hear love the heavy stuff, whereas I like the high rep body weight exercises. I love reading what you like, so keep them coming.

Deadlifts, multiple reps, of course lighter weights. Love the push-ups & RB curls!!
