Today is our 43rd Wedding Anniversary!!!

Last night we celebrated at one of our favorite Mexican restaurants. It was also a lift day. I ate at 117% of goal, exceeded my protein goal and met all activity goals. BF unchanged and is out of range. Today we will continue to celebrate at the beach, dinner and stay over night...
