Hello, I am a 47 year old wife and mother of two teens. I've done variations of Keto in the past to great success (31# in 30 days, etc) but always gain it back and then some, as I live in a carb heavy household. I'm doing CI/CO low cal method this time so I can have a bit of bread stick or mashed potato here and there. Ultimate goal is (less weight on my knees) one-derland. My heaviest was 298 September 2018 but I'm down 36+#. Now for more!
