This is not mine. One of my coworkers is drinking it. He says it’s good and it’s got only 1 carb and 20 grams of protein! Anyone try these yet?

I’ve heard they have the fake sugar aftertaste and are a bit on the expensive side. Haven’t tried them myself. I like the regular shakes in caramel the best so I’ve just stuck with it as it’s like a treat for me. 30g of protein in those but they have to be refrigerated to be good. I’m thinking these clear types may not have to be which would be more convenient. If you try them let us know what you think plz!

I’m going to look for them! My Walmart has a big selection of protein powders and bars. They may have it. I’m use to the sugar free after taste but sometimes it too much. We’ll see

Try isopure zero carb instead. They are 40 grams of protein with 10,240 mg of bcaa’s. They are the best and very useful when and if you are on a liquids only IF. I use the chocolate or vanilla shakes for my cereal as an FYI...

I will check out isopure as well! I’m mildly lactose intolerant so I don’t like to drink the milk shake kinds too often. And it’s so hard to get enough protein when you are short on time and calories 😅

Yeah Joise I don’t think there are any “clean” type alternatives to getting a lot of extra protein in without doing it old school (eating it 😅)

yes. these are good. I use the equate protein shakes on my gym days. 30 grams of protein 1gram sugar 4 carbs, 160 calories. thick like a milk shake.
