I think it's safe to say I'm getting enough carbs on this "cereal killing" diet ;)

I averaged 151.9 fat grams and 551.13 carb grams last month. :D Dialing them both back this month.

Also, to debunk the super fast or super slow metabolism chirp.--> "Is my metabolism super fast/really slow? It’s probably not. Yes, you may be on the high end of most girls your size. But it could just be that you're more active than most too.

I think it’s those active calories that she doesn’t realize she’s burning. Rosio, do you pace? Jiggle your foot? Mom was constantly moving something and it drove the family nuts. She also stayed thin most of her life, sometimes too thin. She ate well but not much more than I’m eating now and she had real sugar in her tea and full calorie coke on top of her food. She burned more than me just by drumming those fingers, jiggling that foot and other little movements. I can easily add 100 kcal burn daily by doing those things. Probably a lot more of I did them unconsciously as she did. I also believe there’s not low metabolisms yet do believe in damage/adaptation as I’ve seen it in myself. Just took a few months ‘at maintenance’ to correct it for me. It’s not as high as I’d like but it’s what I consider normal for me. I just want my 16 yo metabolism back lol. I’d take that over any of yours just because I know how my body reacted then to different foods and amounts of foods.

There ya go lol. When angry I do too and I also stomp around and pace more. I started a log of feelings and found I burned more on those days when upset or mad. Dislike those days and emotions but miss the extra burn lol. Tried sprinting but then I get the chest burn which triggers a hot flash which triggers more negative emotions. Man I gotta figure that stuff out soon lol. I’ll try to start taking with my hands more and see what that does for me :).

Rosio, the new dr I aw today constantly used his hands while speaking. I kept thinking of you and trying to picture you doing the same lol.

Yeah, many people (girls) think I do it for attention (so I been told by a few) but no it’s simply a habit
