Having one of those dark days. The ones that I can’t get out of my head. Trying to focus on working out and staying positive. Taking my girl Rosio’s advice and looking at old pictures to stay focused. I can’t let the sh@t hit the fan cuz I’m dark and broody.

G, you've accomplished a green line and you have created yourself a gorgeous figure! The dark and moody can possibly be figured out without self-sabotage. You can do this, because you already have. 😊

Ladies thank you for the support...I have built up so many self sabotaging behaviors and it’s going to take me a long time to identify them, work on them and move past them. I need to be deliberate and have laser focus. You all keep me honest ❤️ And Katie HELL YES ! But we would get into trouble 😉😉😉

March 14th I almost saw teeth. Can you work toward a tooth filled smile?!? Your body is ready for you to challenge it some more. Come on. Follow your new you to the gym, the street for a walk, the kitchen floor for some sit ups, or push up. Go ahead, amaze yourself. #Yourarethehammer

In the field counseled my patients to work at distraction techniques - the mind is amazing. Work at it finding something you enjoy even if just music. Big believer in puzzles or coloring If you put all your energy into doing something pleasurable amazing how you will feel afterwards.

I have only been on FS about two months. Before I comment on anyone post I try to make sure I have an understanding of who they are and where they are at.....in your profile you mention the loss of a beloved companion and not knowing what to do with yourself. i have recently been in the same place. My belief is that the passing of one beloved creature of any species is the gateway for you to fill that void. Honor their passing by acknowledging how much they meant to you by opening your heart and home to another of Gods creatures. Fill that void and everything will fall in place. You have a beautiful figure one that most women would be envious of....it is strong and feminine at the same time. All the best that you find your way!

I agree with the others, go to your local shelter and look for a pet who needs you as much as you need him.

Chris. This is an accurate depiction of most of the freak outs in my head. Usually it would be a storm out of the gym to the bar to take a line of shots and a keg stand and or a case race with someone stupid enough to compete with me. Lol. But I digress. I am sticking to cleaning, hobbies, exercising to distract me. I agree. Ironically FS keeps me pretty honest though. Checking in with you all and the constant put my ass in check. If my mom was alive she would kick my ass for sure.

I am a big believer in pizzas. Maybe that’s my problem ?! 🤣🤣🤣. And yes ladies—I think it may be the right time to get another pet. I miss my puppy so much makes me so sad and my sister passing in October didn’t help either. I’m a big ol mess! Thanks for the love guys

pets give unconditionsl love. you cant fill that void at the gym or with food or even on FS. giving and receiving unconditionsl love is a basic human need that impacts our lives in so many ways. even if the little guy or girl seem to take forever to learn how to hold their pee!

YOU ARE NOT ALONE! Thanks for shouting out for support. Sometimes you just have to go through the motions & it’s amazing how much better you feel once you get that momentum going!! Working out, house cleaning, & talking to a friend helps me out when I’m there.
