Happy thanksgiving day....goood Thursday morning...just waking up ...slept really well last night for a change...was up at 230am...but just long enough to tinkle and get a drink...and came into living room..set down in reclining love seat...put on head phones...and meditated back to sleep..listened to beating drums...put me back into a deep sleep for 3 more hours...536am...and still dark out...hate the darker mornings...when I’m ready to get up an move...

Got today’s meal all set up..just need to warm it up...jenno turkey roll...riced cauliflower..green beans..and pecan pie...might not all be keto..but gonna be the meal...then...back into fasting and back into my right frame of mind...for me being in the right frame of mind...has everything to do with sticking to my healthier lifestyle...

And my healthier lifestyle includes a zwift ride today in zwift...the New York park course...will be my virtual ride today on my road bike/trainer...kinda looking forward to it..my body is feeling so much more rested today...

Got outside yesterday and raked some leaves outta the ditch...shoulder still healing..so was limited with how much movement I could tolerate before saying that’s it...but being outside was nice even though it was cold...gonna try ang find things to do outside from time to time...get off the iPad...more outside time to recharge my mind...in the natural ways...

Not sure what the scales might say today...it is what it is..tried to drink more water yesterday..thinking I’m not getting enough being it’s winter or almost winter time...skin feels so dry...have lotion..never think to put it on from time to time...now chamois cream...I never ride without it...been there...done that..ouch’s...

Welp...gonna get up and move around..turn on tea/coffee pot..get this day started...make the tire up covers on the bed..the morning chores...then get naked...see what’s new in weight land...and get my numbers for the day....

I did a 15.1 mile...1000 ft elevation ride on zwift....before I ate anything...weight was up this morning for syre... but just gonna hope tomorrow it's back down..will record either way...
