5 hours of sleep...goood Wednesday morning...I hope there is a nap in my future...slept great first 4hours...but then just never got back into a sleep mode..finally after just laying in bed came into living room...and listened to some meditating music...but never did get relaxed enough to sleep...

If I ride today...will be day 4 in a row for me...right now..to early to say...I know it’s nyc course...so will be elevation on the ride...

Was looking at my scales chart...it shows a weekly percentage of how your doing..I have a ways to go to get out of obese...even though I was able to do a lot of things...would of been easier to catch it earlier...could of..should of...

Another cold morning..29... with wind chill..23... heat wave for next few days in the 50 s...then Monday back to cold days...to me 50 s are cold days anymore...to much inside time...

Well..gonna weigh in shortly...I’m thinking alittle increase..sooner or later...after all..been dropping weight pretty consistent for several days...body needs to catch up..not expecting big gain...but...if it is...it’s ok...

Turkey day tomorrow...gonna do my best..having Jenno turkey roll...riced cauliflower...green beans...and pecan pie...Friday...hope to be back into keto land again...even thought about fasting longer then 24 hours..but to early to plan...what ever isn’t eaten will either go into freezer...or next door...clean out the house of temptation...

Welp..weigh in time..gotta tinkle..and whoosh...lol...get naked time when furnace kicks on again...

Took the day off, did walk into fitness room..but just hurting to much to get dressed and on bike today...
