Not too bad. I have a killer head ache though! And I’m so tired this morning 😞I already can’t wait for it to be over 😓

Yes I hope so 👍 I’ve also decided to to just have a couple of protein shakes during the day. Then I’ll have dinner. That will ultimately make me feel better too

Sorry about the headache - I hate those! Chug water all day and flush your system. That will help flush out toxins and likely will purge your body of whatever is causing the headache. It usually works for me :)

Thanks guys! I’ve got a couple of bottles of water in me and a nice tall coffee 😁 Wednesday was a success! I wore it to work. Me and kids stayed in. We don’t always go trick or treating. Our neighborhood doesn’t participate 😒 We ate candy and watched tv together.

I love that you have been logging and checking in regularly again! Glad you had a nice Halloween with the kids. As to this 'discomfort' you know it will pass. You are strong. Also, it must feel good to be 'back on track' with the diet. Yeah we 'slip' at times, but isn't that a part of the process? We-just-keep-doing-the-best-we-can (at this time). This keeps-us-moving-forward :) 😎 Life is Good!

Allergies? I’ve head a headache lately but it’s normal with my allergies and the seasons changing. Sore throat, congestion etc today from being out in the cold a few days this week and it was misting all day yesterday on top of the 40 degrees.

Well I am really disappointed in myself 😑😞 I completely failed. I did the exact opposite of what I planned. Ate a bunch of single serve cookies and then ate kfc/ taco bell. 😓 I wanted to get back on track but I guess not bad enough 😩

@CrashtestDawnie - When I find myself 'binging' (basically happens to me every weekend), fasting, running, lifting weights does 'balance' things out somewhat. I do not try to 'stop binging' I know I can't control myself. I am a LOT happier. People say I 'should' be able to 'control myself' but, I just can't :)

Yeah I don’t want to control myself either lol. That’s why I now focus on calories and flexible dieting. As adef said, I also balance the food with activity when I can. If I know I’ll be having a big meal I try my best to lift or walk beforehand. That way I don’t have as much guilt. Plus if I go way over than I can add another walk the next day to even things out more. You’ll figure it out. You’ll get back on track. If you find that you are binging a lot then I bet it’s one of two things: 1) you just can’t be around those foods anymore or 2) you need to be less restrictive with food so that you can have small treats daily/weekly and avoid big binges every week. Just an idea to consider 😉.

Peeperjj I was trying to practice moderation for the month of October. Didn’t go too well 😞 I battled myself (my binge monster) all month long and I lost most of the time. Now I need to STop! I am just too physically and mentally tired to force myself to work out all the time. I did really well last week. But I’m soooo tired I’m struggling to just get through my work day.

Day light savings is ending and I will be able to get up earlier easier. I hope that will help. I want to continue my gym sessions. My biceps are noticeably bigger!

I’m not a morning person so morning workouts won’t work for me. I like late night ones the best. Gym is empty after about 8pm lol. I settle for afternoon or whenever I’m in town or just do body weight exercises at home. Is there a reason you are so tired? Depression? Not enough calories? Too many of the wrong kind of calories (for you)? Insomnia? I have the first and last and meds either don’t help or knock me out so I deal with it but it does suck. Thankfully I can get a nap in occasionally. Maybe November will be better for your diet! I know you can do it ;).
