Thank you universe...2am...good Monday morning...ahhh to sleep until alarm goes off...would be nice...o well...feeling so much better today...no inflammation for a change...not sure what I did or didn’t eat that was causing it...

Rain is on the way...should be here by 4am...have to get out in it today..sister is having hip surgery today...so she gonna be mending at hospital for several days and then transferred to local nursing home for 20 days for therapy and to get movement...she’s looking forward to surgery...but not being laid up...maybe that will be the drive she needs..

Having been on lchf for so long...has helped me transform over to vegan easier...last several months I was still carrying lchf label was slowly changing my eating habits...had quit eating any meat almost...hardest part was getting off the eggs for breakfast..and really was a matter of finding something to replace them...yes it’s more carbs then I’m use to..but have learned which ever eating lifestyle you choose..it’s about changing from time to time AND getting off the sugar and processed food...that is really what it’s all about...was thinking yesterday as I was outside watching the animal clouds cross the sky...for 20 years..when I was growing up...ate decent...then moved out of parents home..next 45 years...marriages...living like no tomorrows...took a tole on body...now these last 15 years eyes have opened ...mind is relearning what it already knew..but just needed a refresher course...moving more...eating wiser...learning new things...it all helps to get back to what I should of been doing and strayed away from...

Today will be walking and a lot of sitting time...and a tired body by end of day...gonna prep food before we head out..that way when I get back home...it’s simple as nuking it and having what I know is good for me...no extras of not knowing...

if you log your foods you can then track what things potentially cause the issue. good luck on your new journey

All the best on the surgery, and for you, it seems as if you know exactly what to do. I am sorry that you are not getting in the sleep right now that you would like, but perhaps that will come. Blessings on your day!
