Thank you universe...good Sunday morning...had one of them nights where at 130am...bed was no longer comfy..came into living room...slept in recliner...woke up at 630am...cause had to go go go...all cleaned out both front an back...time to put something back in..and get this day started...

After watching what the health on you tube...I’ve decided it was time to change my eating plan..learned a lot since I’ve started fs...but time to move on and learn more..house is clean of eggs and meat and dairy...didn’t take much since had already been changing over except for the egg part..but that to is out the door with eating different foods and noticing the scales liking it...probably just a fluke..time will tell...

Having been on this journey for so long...no longer bothers me to stay in kitchen to make stuff..no longer grabbing first thing I can find to put in mouth...

Breakfast was oats..with banana..cinnamon sprinkled over it all...actually full..not sure for how long as I have noticed last 2days I seem to be burning off food faster...more hungry..that could be cause of more carbs...but still keeping sugar in check...for now an experiment...just like lchf started off being...

For lunch..a salad..along with stir fry..and brown rice..and for super...leftovers...not to creative yet...all in time..

Like so many..we all eat what works for us...not saying this is better then the next eating plan..just find that from time to time my body needs a change
