Water retention weight from glass of wine gone, thank goodness! Stayed on my version of JC yesterday.
Today: Shredded Wheat/Banana
Lunch: JC Lo Mein
Snack: 2 chocolate covered raisins, one chocolate covered almond, and an apple

Have decided to make the committment back to Jenny Craig today! I had a glass of locally produced blueberry wine for "medicinal" purposes yesterday. The wine was expensive, not good--more like Boone's Farm in my high school days, and it caused a weight gain! Totally not worth it!
Not paying for the bootcamp anymore. This morning did 45 minutes on cross trainer. Plan to do 15 minute abs class at lunch. I'm just going to have to work through this.
Also tried on halter style dresses and tops this morning and I have "ARMPIT FAT." Not pretty at all!
Breakfast-Cheerios and banana
Lunch - JC chicken strips and rice medley
snack - apple
dinner - mesquite chicken

I'm trying to be an overachiever! Today 1 hr 45 minute walk, 45 minute arc trainer, and then resistance training.
Breakfast: Boiled Egg
Lunch: Shredded Wheat and banana
