day 245..GOOOOOOOD MORNING !!!!! 27 outside, wind chill 19 here in the midwest...weather man says 40 today..mabye that will melt all that white stuff off the drive..i pulled a muscle behind my knee tuesday, and havnt done any cardio to speak of since thursday..been lettin that muscle heal, so i can get bck to walking..im hopin by monday i will be good enough to start again..but will just have to wait an see...thats why my steps fell so sharply after wednesday...will probly just go to the gym monday and do a short cardio wokrout ther, an then weights..build bck up slowly on cardio again..so no morning walk again today..il get my exercise on the floor again pushin weights and doing ab crunches to keep burnin up the calories today..hope everone has a GREAT DAY!!!!

ADDON: just came in from outside..decided today was a good day to workout on the drive way shovelin snow..32 outside, wind chill 22..but didnt even notice the cold..when i got done, tshirt lookd like i had been in the shower with it on...got a good sweat doing..and a clean drive way til the next snow fall...

ADDON: total steps today 1259...leg is feelin pretty good..gonna hit the gym tomow an get a workout in..or at least try to...

I hate injuries! They derail our exercise! I had to let my right arm heal early on, then the mouth surgery. Maybe your body needs a rest after working so hard. Hope you get better soon!

thanks everyone...my knee is feelin really great..i havent done any walkin or cardio at they gym since thursday..so im gonna go to the gym tomow and try a half hour out on elliptical..just kinda see if it bothers me or not..and get a workout in of some kind..was in the 40s today so the roads are in good shape again..and i got the drive cleaned off today for an hour workout outside..so im ready to get bck into the pace of things...and get bck to droppin off the weight...
