Good rainy morning everyone - got off to a great start with some frittata and hash browns. todays lesson is that even though the weather is changing my joints are not as achy today. I think the increase in potassium and the higher blood glucose levels is a factor. I also think that I know the connection is helping me with the intellectual part of this equation. I hope that you all find joy in life today on this grand adventure.
