I told her it is the diet working. I was going to tweak a bratwurst soup recipe today... Mom is helping...lol more like passive resistance. She decided to put the meal together (before I could alter the recipe) while I was sleeping today so, when I got up at 3pm it was half done, caught her trying to use the old standby flour and showed her that it would jump up the carbs from 12 ish to almost 20 with only 2TBS. saved my dinner! woohoo. If she doesn't hate the 1ts Chia seeds I used to thicken it will probably Keto the thing before she gets her hands on it again. So probably no recipe today. Sorry. Have a marvelous day kiddies!
