I'm more needing a belt when I'm under or around 130 lol..remember I'm a petite built ...I wear a size 8 in jeans..before when I had gained again .... right before I began to lose..the jeans were becoming harder and harder to button and I has some serious love handles a hanging over after geezz..winter clothing I do love .. ponte leggings and lovely long shark bite shirts with some tall boots and you couldn't view the roll lol..winter clothing does hide..but its getting spring and spring clothing doesn't but my roll has disappeared and my jeans although are fitting me nicely now ..in no way shape or form are they falling off me yet ..I love you too sweetheart... ;)

What you said about Fall? I am just the same! I'd be lying if I said I wanted to stop it completely. It's all tangled up with memories of my Mama when I was small and my kids when they were small. Still, it would be nice to find balance then. We will see. Happy for your loss. :)

Teskander..I'm so like that in the Fall I'm so busy in the Summer and then comes fall and all the goodies etc...I need to continue to have self control...you can enjoy those pleasure type foods its just knowing when to not over indulged anf not for 3 months lol...maybe we can support each other this upcoming Fall I will need it ha ha and thank you for your support...
