Down 2.1 lbs. this week even with my messed up knee.. I can still do my weight workout every other day so I guess that helps. I am keeping very close tabs on my calorie intake and what i do in an average day that will not hurt my knee anymore than it already is. All in all I am grateful for the loss this week.

Great drop!!! Try sit ups on a bed, you won't strain your knee, but will still get the ab workout.
