day 228...temp this morning is 23, with wind its 16..gonna be about like yesterday morning..but i kno how to dress for that 40 minute walk, so il be nice an warm..sinuses are bothering me today..got a swallen gland on one side of my face thats bigger then usual..probably from the bitter cold and then going into warmer places..diffence in temps..sprayed some nose spray ...hope it doesnt make my nose start runnin till i get bck from my walk...once im dressed for walk, blowin my nose isnt an option..well need to start moving around an gettin ready...after my walk, then the gym..today is just cardio day..and im glad..im ready for a break from the weights..gonna step on the scales today, but not really expectin any change...hope everyone has a great day and a great workout..catch you all later today...

ADDON: wind wasnt as bad today, just a good hard frost..scales are still the same, mabye tomow ther will be a loss, and if not its ok..just means my body is catchin up with last weeks loss....

ADDON: been really tired last 2 or 3 days..no walk this afternoon..im guessin the walks in the morning and the afternoon walks, in the cold air is making me really tired..no walk today, instead im gonna try an take a hour nap if i can get my eyes to shut...my body is tired is draggin and i been gettin my 8 hours of sleep at nite..my sinuses are much better now..dont feel bad just wore out...gotta get well, cant be off ..got weight to drop off somewhere that i cant find it...catch you all later..

when its cold like the last 2 days..i wear a short sleeve tshirt, then a long sleeve shirt, then 2 sweatshirt jackets with hoods, a ski mask, and 2 pairs of sweatpants on the bottom and gloves..yes im nice an warm when i go walkin..better to wear it, then be cold...

Hey! I just read your update and noticed the huge losses lately. Congratulations!!! Isn't it amazing how far you have come? How did we ever carry that extra weight on us? I am still barely holding on to maintaining right now, having just come back into town and heading for the Sundance Film Festival next week. I refuse to deprive myself at these things, but I am good at jumping back on when I get home. Hoping that February will be the month I start really losing again. That last 25 lbs has got to go!

You are sooo dedicated - and have really taken off in the past few weeks - I'm jealous! I am working on a presentation for a AM meeting ...hoping to get it done by 10:00 PM so I can get some exercise in before I hit the hay! Nice Pic by the way!

i just kno how bad i want to be closer to my actual weight..its that important to me..as for reaching my next mini goal, somedays it seems like im never going to get to the next goal, but i kno i cant get ther, less i keep trying..
