For the last couple of days I have been working out, on weights my church got blessed with some weight, and I have been using them daily, working on my mid section and my arms, trying to get them tone, I have been keeping my carbs down, until hubby brings home cookies and ice cream, when I eat that I go into beast mode, on my workouts, I hope all of you are doing good, starting out New Year on a good foot, you guys enjoy the rest of your day.
