“I’ll only be happy at the end of the day if I did my best. And push, push, push!”
—Andy Potts, Polar athlete and professional triathlete
good friday morning...seen this mantra on polar.com and was inspired by it..yesterday i started back on my 20/4 fasting that i started a year ago an when i was doing it did great..but like most things..when you change for some reason you also loose that frame of mind your in..so yesterday was my first day of eating everything in 4 hours an fasting for 20 hours..still fasting till around 730am..then will eat breakfast an make my salad for my next meal an then back into fasting stage again..what i find best about fasting for 20 hours..once you get use to it..just seems so much easier to stay in that frame of mind..something i was lacking..to easy to snack when not in right fram of mind even though there is no snacks in house..its all healthy food...was reading an article yesterday on polar.com..was about why runners an cyclists dont loose the weight they should when working out..i can relate to it..eating or drinking more calories then i am burning off..so need to tweak food menu once again..and then stick with it...
took today off..decided my body just wasnt gonna perform to best if it didnt get a day off to rest an recoup..even though my mind was trying its best to tell my body that it could work thru the workout time...
another cold 30..with a wind chill of 25..brrrr..crispy outside..furnace has been kicing on alot this morning..and tonight its suppose to be 50 and rain is moving in for saturday morning..weird weather here in november seems like...il take the rain any day over snow or worst..freezin rain...but im sure sooner or later..its gonna be here to..
well mind is clear of what to yack about...
HAVE A GREATTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT FRIDAY...
