Nice salad, I was wondering how you calculate the calories. I eat a lot of salads, but never quite sure if I'm writing in enough calories. I'm only one week into this and any help would be appreciated!!

I also break it down into component parts and measure it all! I find it a little intensive, but it really is more accurate that way.
