Woke at 223.0, up 1.6 from yesterday after a large late dinner. In fact I am still full the next morning! I have to judge a chili cook-off at lunchtime today but I will take small samples. Targeting 2046 calories today. UPDATE: Em and I got off a little early and Jason and Denise picked us up at the train and we went to our favorite restaurant, Mama Stella's. Enjoyed a huge chef's salad and veal parm. A few glasses of wine, too. Non-keto net carbs, but not too high. Again, weighed in after a big dinner, so weight is up. Just a few days before Emily returns to Chicago so we are enjoying every minute we can!
