I can’t do this way of eating for others and others cannot do this way of eating for me. Neither can I do this alone. But just knowing what to do to get Keto is not enough. I also know that I need to be in community with others for support. Oh , I might stay on it…for a while alone…a few days , a few weeks…I even stayed on a diet once…for 3 years alone…but there must have come a day…where I dropped the tenants of that diet…because I slowly put weight back on without thought.
