--Am humbled by the power of clear thinking I am getting by eating Keto. I can’t do this way of eating for others and others cannot do this way of eating for me. Neither can I do this alone. But just knowing what to do to get Keto is not enough. I also know that I need to be in community with others for support. Oh , I might stay on it…for a while alone…a few days , a few weeks…I even stayed on a diet once…for 3 years alone…but there must have come a day…where I dropped the tenants of that diet…because I slowly put weight back on without thought. Here among this community , I have hope. And, I know ,by this odd logic, that I do not need to be alone.

We may slip and slide as life has its way with us as we try to maintain. But many of us are losing more than we ever hoped we could and going right back to a Keto lifestyle.🤷🏻‍♀️It makes healthy sense for our bodies. It is much easier with company. 🙋🏻
