I pretty much stopped talking about keto and shut down any discussion about it with real life people. Only discuss if person is asking respectful pertinent questions about Keto. I only refer to it generally as "I am watching what I eat" Then i gauge reactions to that...to see if I want to move the conversation forward. So you folks here are IT for me if I need support, advice or experience. I call it sticking with the winners!

I'm converting my office - Thurs we're having a Keto party. Everyone is making something. Don't give up spreading the good word (of any kind)!

I mean it IS an insanely powerful tool to help with willpower while trying to lose body fat. But I know what you mean- it can be an awkward topic and it's not for everyone, and it's hard to describe just how much it changes you if you've had issues with blood sugar. Such a game changer. For me personally, SUCH a gift. I'm freaking grateful to have dissolved so many other ailments/annoyances too. 😊

You know what else?? When you talk abut it, then one day you have a... I don't know a giant burger and fries. Then e'rybody pops out the woodwork to comment how it's bad for you you won't lost weight like that, etc. etc. Like BUDDY I planned for this, where were you saying this when I was fat? Oh right you didn't
