So far my week off of dieting has payed off. I sure hope to keep seeing the weight slide off.
243.2 lb Lost so far: 77.8 lb.    Still to go: 98.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

900 kcal Fat: 33.72g | Prot: 78.59g | Carb: 69.96g.   Breakfast: Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), truvia - nature's calorie-free sweetener (40 3.5g packets), Sugar Free French Vanilla Creamer, American Singles, Egg Beaters southwest, Low Carb Tortillas. Lunch: Dill Relish, Ketchup, Venison/Deer Steak. Dinner: Cooked Corn, Spaghetti Sauce (Low Sodium), Fish, Winter Squash, Mixed Vegetables (No Salt). Snacks/Other: Roaster Fresh Creamy Unsalted Cashew Butter. more...
