T/H Strength training workout. Felt amazing. Really impressed with how it went for my 1st go at that type of workout. Couldn't complete all the leg press reps with good form so room for growth there. Already seeing definition developing in upper/ lower thighs - muscles are rememberin' how they used to be in my 30's. Nice. Also triceps are firming up from regular push ups.
Weight trained in a fasted state ( no food besides coffee since last night). Blown away by how good it feels.

Great job! I wish I could do exercise like I did years ago.... that is actually one of my biggest issues when it comes to weight loss. Not being able to exercise. I do have 3 chair dancing dvd's I bought and I am starting them today.
