Well thankfully the poison oak rash that was very angry (I wrapped it and didn't let it air out) last Saturday is nearly gone now, thanks to the advice of a wise CVS pharmacist who said absolutely no to wrapping it, no matter how much it itches and where it is hits everything. Learned to put the Anti-itch in the refrigerator and it feels so awesome going on my skin! Still using the poison ivy soap, as it has ingredients that also dries out the oak/ivy crap. Wash my arm with it twice a day.
Today I've been craving ice cream. Go figure, right? And my extra yellow container of dark chocolate semi-sweet morsels, really isn't cutting it. So guess I will have frozen fruit blended with vanilla whey protein this evening. It's "kinda" like ice cream. ;)
Tonight is also Cardio night, which Charlene and I will be dancing off the pounds with Turbo Fire or Turbo Jam this evening. It will be a total sweatfest.
Started reading a favorite book of mine: John Grishom's The Firm. I've read it so many times, and seen the movie, and it still remains one of my favorite books to read. (While on the Girl's Weekend, I found 4 books at a used book store, that I would have loved to read....I took a photo of them and hopefully will get a chance to enjoy them over the next year or so.
