gooooood mornin everyone..wakin up to mabye 3 inches of snow not for sure really..wind is blowing an power just went off an came back on...have to reset the clocks now...but will probably wait to make sure its not gonna happen again...31 outside..so mabye the snow wont stay to long, but the wind chill is 18...and more snow again on sunday nite i think they are saying...so after breakfast gonna get layered up an head out to clean off the sidewalk and drive...try an stay on top of that...have 4x4 to get around in, but usually try an clean off the drive so it melts faster if an when the sun shines..took the day off yesterday..didnt ride my bike to no where like i had planned...just wasnt in the mood..and its ok to have days like that as long as you dont make a habit of it..easy to do..well..gonna head to the kitchen an fuel my body up...get it ready for alittle different exercise after while...so ...have a great day shovelin everyone...


MINI GOALS THAT I DO MY BEST TO FOCUS ON EACH DAY !!!!

1. I AM FIRST !!!!!

2. THINK POSITIVE, AND BELIEVE IN MYSELF !!!!!

3. GET IN THE RIGHT FRAME OF MIND !!!!!

4. FORGIVE MYSELF WHEN I MESS UP AND GET BACK ON TRACK AT THE NEXT MEAL !!!!

5. VISUALIZE MYSELF AT MY GOALS WEIGHT, IT HELPS ME TO REACH MY GOAL EASIER !!!!!

6. FOOD IS NOT A REWARD !!!!...ITS NOURISHMENT !!!

7. DRINK 16 oz OF WATER SOON AS I GET OUTTA BED !!!!

8. EAT MY HIGHEST AMOUNT OF CALORIES AT BREAKFAST !!!!!

9. AT LUNCH FEWER CALORIES !!!!!

10. AT SUPPER EVEN LESS CALORIES !!!

11. REMEMBER...IF IT WAS EASY TO SHED THE WEIGHT, THEN THERE WOULDNT BE SO MANY PEOPLE TRYING TO PROFIT FROM TELLING ME HOW...

12. WATER!!! HELPS TO FLUSH OUT THE TOXINS !!!!!

13. TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY !!!!!! FOR RECOVERY !!!

14. DOING HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!!

15. SET MINI WEIGHT LOSS GOALS I CAN REACH!!!

AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST....

16. DO THE BEST I CAN DO EVERYDAY...I'M ONLY IN COMPETION WITH MYSELF !!!!!!

Hope u get a good workout in today...Starting the day here with a short but very brisk walk...still waiting on total healing for the foot...it's coming along tho... Have a GREAT day Mike...Back to the office for me today...TOOOOOO much to get done! huggies....>D

We had another 1/2 inch last night. And foggy today like yesterday which puts beautiful ice feathres on everything.

back in from an hour workout ...we had mabye 2-3 inches in the grass, but on the drive..hehehe..it was ice...4x4 covered with ice an then snow...but have it cleaned off..just in case, you never kno...brian stopped by, he was out bladin off different peoples drive he knew an stopped by to help me, but i told him he was about an hour to late..lol...so said have a nice day an come in side to warm up...more like to delayer..lol...

Luckily we haven't had any power-outages at my house! That would not be fun. I'm looking out the window, and there seems to be a break in the clouds. Maybe the snow is done?! Come on over, twin! We have lots to shovel! :)

sun came out this afternoon an melted the ice..stil have some of the snow on the grass..but they are talkin another storm sunday nite into monday
