Doctor says I need to walk at least 30 minutes a day at least 5 days a week. I am pretty good about doing it too. I just walk the industrial park for the first half my lunch break. Gets really boring though and I hate dodging semi trucks. So today I left the industrial area and went off raod. When my 30 minutes was up I was here.

Then I walked back. I hiked 1h 20m and I didn't hate every step. Will go exploring again tomorrow I think.

Great job! Walking is awesome. I listen to podcasts or music to keep from getting too bored. There are some great, entertaining and motivating fitness related podcasts (I love "Tips of the Scale") out there and you can get them on an iPod, iPhone, or Android. There's also some good comedy, audio fiction magazines, regular radio shows available for free download, sermons, mediation... Lemme know if you're not sure how to get them. Really helps the time pass.

Just keep it up. In a few more weeks you should see the nature around you start coming to life again. I just love watching nature come to life again in the spring. :)
