Beast Mode is a challenging challenge; some days I do it and some days I don't, but aiming for it every day. Even the days that I don't fat fast all day, I get pretty close. No nasty cheats. I'm definitely deep in ketosis, just need to watch quantity.

Thanks, everyone! The blue line is a fun signal of an impending goal achieved, but I'll just be resetting to the next 10% goal. Onward and downward - with still a long way to go.
