Ok so thanksgiving was a big eating week for me! The scale did not lie either! I had to be honest with myself and weighed in on Monday, SMACK in the face. So I buckled down yesterday eating and exersizing and boom 1 lbs gone..Need to do that every day!

I actually did really good Thanksgiving day....its been the week after that killed me :( I've been emotional eating, blah!! I'm hopping back on the wagon with ya.

Hope all is ok now tnt. yes we all need to get back on the wagon..get thinner for christmas and new years then blast to our goals in 2012.. I know we can do it!

Get back on that wagon damned quick.... Christmas is just around the corner, and we all want to be slimmer and healthier before it comes - then onwards and downwards in the new year, cause summer will be just around the corner :-)

pmaz, I hear ya...I have gradually added 15 pounds since dad died, and I need to get my mojo back. We can do this together. (oh and 6 pounds isn't all that terrible in the grand scheme of things...most of it is probably fluid retention from the sodium). Have a great week, and gratz on the pound!
