Ok day one of WW and Ive had 2 fruits already and dont feel bad about it at all. Working on a meal plan for the week and really really I mean really excited to be doing something new. Im looking forward to the meetings and the change. I honestly needed this. Ive been so scared to leave low carb lifestyle bc its all Ive known for 2 yrs now BUT lets be honest.. I havent really been all that low carb lately anyway and hanging on to "maintenance" by a thread. I did good this week with a reset for my low carb and prolly could have made it... BUT DH is doing WW with me and that makes it ALL worth it.. Happy Sunday FS family !

Good luck! I am sure this will be what you need to reset and start losing again :) I will keep a watchful eye on your progress as I may need something different down the road.

The best diet is one you can stick to. I get that LCHF works initially for a lot of people, but it's not meant for long-term, realistically. Thin people eat fruit, and daily. They just don't nosh on family-sized bags of chips. Glad to hear you're trying a new WOE Red. Hope this one is easy for you to maintain!

WW is a good plan. I think it is more forgiving than Lchf. Good luck with it.

If you usually do low carb, you're welcome to stay low-carb on WW. There is no actual 'meal plan' there. It's based on food being given a points value. So Let's say for example you get 30 points per day. You have one chocolate bar, there's 14 points right there..!! But you have fruit... you still have 30 points.. Fruits and veggies are Zero! If you want a Kaiser roll, that's about 5 points. If you prefer to have your turkey and cheese without the roll, then the cheese is 3 and the trukey is 3. So your choice between 6 points or 11 (as a sandwich). What also helps me is, to take sandwich bags, separate my points items.. My almonds, my Wheat Thins, etc etc, into servings and mark the points on the bag, ready to go! No need to think about it later, and can easily plan out how to use up my day. I hope it works out for you!

Going low carb on Weight Watchers would make you low-carb/low-calorie from the sounds of it. That's a great strategy, btw, it's how I kept from hitting any plateaus from November through June.
