I did it. I signed up for weight watchers. Not changing my diet on fs until my 1st meeting Thursday though when I do a weight in and all that. I read the website and then went out and got some stuff. Im trying to be really careful not to take this as a license to eat whatever the f@*k and eat real food instead. I got some fruits and veggies, hummus, brown rice, ect.. Ive started stalking the interwebs for recipes/ meal plans. Gonna talk it slow. I did have a bite of a rice cake and almost sh!t my pants, it was so good. OMG. I almost cried when I bought put a sweet potato and banana in my basket. Just going to remind myself baby steps. I still need to stick to my core principles. Junk food/carbs bad,fruits and veggies good. Made it 6 out of 6 days to the gym and I feel powerful again and Ive logged everything almost for the most part just need to catch up on yesterday and today but its in the spiral so Ill do it tomorrow. Dont change your diet in fs. It will start you over in pink. You've worked to hard. Just annouce it and do it.

Back when I went to WW it was 5 fish meals a week, 3 beef, 1 liver, the rest fish or poultry. I think 3 eggs a week, 4 oz of certain veggies, 2 cups of others, a few unlimited. I remember peas and carrots were 2 of the limited ones. It was really strict, but it worked if you could stick with it. I might even have an old booklet around here someplace.

I hear WW has changed. A couple of my buddies on here are doing it, and having a lot of success. Don't let the initial water gains put you off. It's fat your after losing, and you will. Yes, sweet potatoes are nice, in moderation!
