I was abroad for a week, in Germany. Food was terrible, and I was the whole day on seminars, so I didn't even walk to keep fit. I had my little kitchen scale in the handbag, but was ashamed to put in on the table. :) I didn´t even know what I was eating, to find out how many calories it was. Anyways, back to base I started yesterday with the treadmill again. I´ll find my rythm again.
